Kyle joined FVM in 2024 after 7 years focusing on criminal defence and regulatory matters, appearing as lead counsel in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal. He has a keen grasp of his client’s interests and passionately protects them at every stage of the legal process.
Since joining FVM, Kyle has advised clients on complex freshwater management and planning issues, Council’s obligations to prepare and provide data about the effects of climate change and natural hazards, and a variety of strategic issues under the Defamation Act and LGOIMA. Kyle is also assisting a local group with ongoing litigation in the Environment Court.
