Colenna is a senior associate in the commercial team. She practised in Christchurch before commencing practice in Nelson in 2019. Her passion lies with subdivision work, and she acted for one of the largest developers while in Christchurch. Areas that Colenna regularly advises on include property or commercial transactions, buying or selling businesses and commercial property, leasing, financing and build contracts.

Colenna enjoys working efficiently and pragmatically with clients to achieve their desired outcomes. She provides clear and concise advice so that clients understand the transaction and the information they receive. Colenna prides herself on maintaining good communication with clients and other associated parties in a transaction to ensure everyone is kept informed and working together.

Outside of the office, Colenna and her husband are kept busy with their two young boys and adventures around our beautiful region.
